Wrestling for just over a year, Matt Taven has already been able to say he’s wrestled all over the Northeast, as well as been featured in Pro Wrestling Illustrated. In the beginning of his career he started out with promotions such as NLP & ACW. Fans along with promoters caught a liking to this young star. Soon enough he started his journey elsewhere learning from Spike Dudley at the Lock-up Wrestling School based out of Fall River, MA. Not too long after TRP Promoter, Steve Ricard, saw the talent in Matt Taven. Now Taven is a fan favorite everywhere he goes. Whether it's his home-grown fans in Fall River or his growing fan base in Connecticut, Taven always has the support of the crowd. In TRP Wrestling he has been a Main Attraction. Being featured in Main Events with Jason Blade, TRP Champion Mike Bennett & TRP Interstate Champion B.K. Jordan. Taven was almost able to gain the Interstate Title with an upset victory over Jordan, but Taven’s celebration ended quickly when Jordan stated it was a non-title match. Now, Taven & Blade are teaming up as quite a duo against the supposed “Superstars” of TRP Mike Bennett & B.K. Jordan. Taven has also wrestled the likes of Michael Sain, Rob Eckos, Ryan Waters, Kristen Frost, Romeo Roselli, & Big Daddy V. Expect much more from Matt Taven. He has wrestled in MA, CT, NY & PA. In May, he wrestled for Ring Of Honor. As Pro Wrestling Illustrated said, when it comes to Matt Taven, the sky is the limit.
